BALBOARIO SUMMER CAMP 2025
From August 16th to 24th, 2025, we are organizing an International Camp dedicated to Balboa and Balswing!
In the historic Boario Thermal Park, at the foot of the upper Val Camonica, you will have the opportunity to study with prestigious international teachers and participate in unforgettable dance evenings, accompanied by Europe's best bands and extraordinary DJ sets. The venue, a perfectly preserved Liberty-style building, will provide the perfect setting for this unique event.
You can choose to participate in the entire 9-day event, or opt for individual weekends or just the Weekly Camp.

PLAN

Classes will be organized on two levels:
- Intermediate/Advanced: open access
- Advanced Plus: access through audition with teachers, who will assess the most suitable level for each participant.


As per tradition, there will be no partner rotation during classes. However, you will have the opportunity to dance with other dancers during the evening parties, which are organized daily.


The daily program includes 3 lessons of one and a half hours each (2 daytime lessons specific to your level, dedicated to the two dance styles and 1 pre-evening Open level lesson, with different themes and teaching couples each time)

The program is enriched by: theoretical discussion sessions with teachers and students, posture and yoga sessions specifically designed for dancing, aimed at preventing fatigue during practice and evening parties and opportunity to book private lessons with guest teachers in a dedicated room
 

For participants of the Weekly Camp, excluding Wednesdays, the evenings will be completely free of charge, as will the bar service and risotto at the end of each evening.


At midday you will have the opportunity between the first and second lesson to eat a
‘Piatto Unico’ at the Bar in the Park at a cost of 8€.Every evening from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at
the Park Bar you can enjoy an Apericena where you can eat and drink (alcoholic or not) at
a cost of 10€.
After the lessons we will have a discount for the entrance to the Boario Water Park where
you can enjoy the end of the day between sun and relaxing baths.

 

In the same water park on Wednesday evening we will move to an evening dedicated to Pure Balboa preceded by a pizza party (note: the water park is equipped with showers and changing rooms so you
can go from the afternoon in the pool directly to the evening without having to return to
your accommodation) .
During the weekends we will be dancing under the park's main marquee, with the
participation of those enrolled in the weekend workshops as well as those who only wish to
participate in the dance evenings: in this case, the park's bar will be open with a drinks
menu for which we have an agreement; the cost will be 2€ per non-alcoholic drink and 4€
per alcoholic drink (we are in a facility with a very good water source, so you will always
find it free of charge: bring your water bottle to use it).


We will be welcomed by Partner Hotels within walking distance of the Park.
ATTENTION! The Convention will only be valid until the end of May: book in time!


The location, immersed in nature, offers opportunities for hiking, visits to nearby lakes, and numerous activities in the area.

During the week, there will be two competitions: one for Balboa and one for Balswing. The prizes are:

  •  FIRST PLACE: FULL PASS FOR BRESCIA BALBOA SERIES 25/26

  • SECOND PLACE: FULL PASS FOR 4 EVENTS of BRESCIA BALBOA SERIES 25/26

  • THIRD PLACE: FULL PASS FOR 2 EVENTS of BRESCIA BALBOA SERIES 25/26

 

The CAMP will start on Saturday, August 16th, preceded by a PRE-CAMP PARTY on Friday the 15th (location, schedule, and cost will be announced later).

BALBOARIO SUMMER CAMP 2025
Dal 16 al 24 agosto 2025 daremo vita ad un Camp Internazionale interamente dedicato al Balboa e al Balswing!
Ai piedi dell’alta Val Camonica nello storico Parco delle Terme di Boario, struttura mantenuta originale in stile liberty, potremo studiare con svariate coppie di maestri internazionali e serate di ballo indimenticabili con le migliori band europee del momento e dj set altrettanto strepitosi.
Potrai scegliere se iscriverti a tutto l’evento della durata di 9 giorni, oppure ai singoli fine settimana o al Camp Settimanale.

PROGRAMMA

Le lezioni saranno strutturate su due livelli Intermedio/Avanzato e Avanzato Plus:
• per l’Intermedio/Avanzato potrai iscriverti liberamente;
• per l’Avanzato Plus sono previste le audizioni da parte dei maestri che decideranno se potrai partecipare all’Avanzato Plus oppure seguire l’Intermedio/Avanzato.


Come sempre ai nostri workshop non ci sarà cambio coppia durante le lezioni, avrai la possibilità di confrontarti con altri ballerini durante le serate di ballo che organizzeremo per tutte le sere.


Ogni giorno potrai frequentare 3 lezioni da un ora e mezza (2 lezioni durante il giorno specifiche del tuo livello e dedicate ai due stili di ballo e una verrà effettuata in pre-serata di livello Open con ogni volta un tema e coppia di maestri diversi.
Oltre alle lezioni classiche sono previsti incontri teorici con maestri ed allievi per discutere sui vari argomenti.

 

E ancora: proporremo incontri per la postura del corpo e yoga specifiche per il ballo per aiutarvi a non affaticare eccessivamente il fisico durante lo studio e le serate di ballo.

 

Avremo una saletta dedicata alle lezioni private con i vari maestri che abbiamo invitato, così per chi volesse, potrà approfittarne per approfondire ancor di più argomenti preferiti.


Per i partecipanti al Camp Settimanale, escluso il mercoledì, le serate saranno completamente a titolo gratuito ed anche il servizio bar e il risotto di ogni fine serata

 

A mezzogiorno avrai la possibilità fra la prima lezione e la seconda di mangiare un “Piatto Unico” al bar presente nel parco al costo di 8€
Ogni sera dalle 18 alle 20 sempre nel Bar del Parco potrai usufruire di un Apericena dove potrai mangiare e berti una bevanda ( alcolica o non) al costo di 10€
Dopo le lezioni avremo uno sconto per l’ingresso al parco acquatico di Boario dove potrai goderti la fine della giornata fra sole e bagni rilassanti.

 

Nello stesso parco acquatico il Mercoledì sera ci trasferiremo per una serata dedicata al Pure Balboa preceduta da una pizzata
(nota bene: Il parco acquatico è fornito di docce e spogliatoi perciò potrai passare dal pomeriggio in piscina direttamente alla serata senza dover tornare nel tuo alloggio) .
Durante i weekend balleremo sotto la tensostruttura principale del Parco delle Terme, parteciperanno sia gli iscritti ai workshop dei weekend ma anche a chi desidera partecipare solo alle serate danzanti: in questo caso sarà attivo il Bar del parco con un menù di bevande a noi convenzionato; i costi saranno di 2€ a bevanda analcolica e 4€ a bevanda alcolica ( siamo in una struttura con una Fonte di Acqua molto buona, perciò quella la troverete sempre a titolo gratuito: portati la borraccia per usufruirne)

 

Saremo accolti da hotel convenzionati raggiungibili a piedi dal parco.
ATTENZIONE! La Convenzione stipulata sarà valida solo fino a fine maggio: prenota in tempo!


Saremo immersi nella natura con possibilità di camminate, visite ai laghi vicini, e tante altre attività proposte in zona.

 

Durante la settimana verranno organizzate Due Competitions: una dedicata al Balboa e l’altra al Balswing, i premi saranno:
• PRIMI CLASSIFICATI: FULL PASS PER LA BRESCIA BALBOA SERIES 25/26
• SECONDI CLASSIFICATI: FULL PASS PER 4 APPUNTAMENTI del BRESCIA BALBOA SERIES 25/26
• TERZI CLASSIFICATI: FULL PASS PER DUE APPUNTAMENTI del BRESCIA BALBOA SERIES 25/26

 

Il CAMP inizierà sabato 16 agosto ma è previsto un PARTY PRE CAMP venerdì 15, in seguito comunicheremo il luogo, gli orari e il costo.

Abbiamo fatto degli accordi con alcuni hotel vicino al Parco delle Terme dove si svolgerà tutto il camp, sia lezioni che serate. L'accordo è valido fino alla fine di maggio. Per ottenerlo, devi specificare nella prenotazione che parteciperei al Balboario Summer Camp.
